Bought items as gifts. The order was ready really fast, I placed the order online at 8pm and 30 minutes later I was informed that my order was ready for collection even though I opted for collection the next day. Was not expecting it to be ready so fast as order was placed near closing time. I was satisfied with the results as well.
I am a returning customer, previously getting a passport holder and now a phone case for iPhone 17 Pro. The phone case lends an air of elegance that makes me tempted to personalise all the stuff now. The gold embossing contrasted well with the burgundy saffiano leather. I’ll come back for this when I change my phone again.

Bottle quality is good, default print is great. Slight issue is with the add-on printing which is slightly off centre

TLDR: Insides of Laptop Sleeve "leaks" hairs/fibers when finger is rubbed across due to the material used. Insides of Laptop Sleeve isn't leather, instead its some fiber/hair material. Only the outsides are leather. Wouldn't suggest buying unless insides & outsides are leather.
I purchased the Saffiano Laptop Sleeve & physically collected it from NEX's outlet on 28 Aug 2025. When I reached home, I felt that the leather was of decent quality. However, when I rubbed my finger against the insides of the Saffiano Laptop Sleeve, black-coloured "hairs"/"fibers" appeared on my fingers due to the material used. A laptop sleeve or bag is meant to protect the laptop, not introduce dust/dirt/hair/fiber to it. My advice is to seriously consider this aspect before purchasing, I regret spending $60.80 (14-inch). If the insides were leather instead of those "hairs"/"fibers", I wouldn't give such a rating. This rating is solely for the product, not for the shipping or customer service.
