Placed an order for a customised mug with an image of the recommended dimensions stated on the website. Received an email to verify the preview of the mug design within a few hours. When I had missed the email, they dropped a Whatsapp message the next day to confirm the design so as to proceed. The mug was ready within 3 days of placing the order and looked exactly as I had wanted. Overall, great service and mug quality!
