The item recieved is good as the colour and prints are true to colour as on website. However the attitude of the staff at Funan outlet on the day and time of my collection was bad (11 June @ 1.40pm). He sounded uninterested when i approach him for collection. And he was to the extent of rude when i unknowingly blocking his way (as i stood in front where the stocks are kept).
Apart from the beautiful name customisation , I love how well organised my jewellery looks now . Easy accessibility without having to go thru boxes just to look for a certain piece. Love my new purchase.

Super fast delivery and well packed, the time came exactly as the website showed. Very happy with my purchase.
1) TheImprint's always gives fast responses.
2) The staff is very patient in answering our questions and queries.
3) However for this delivery, I'm very dissapointed and surprised that you all left out my block number and street name for the delivery just because your system couldn't detect my postal code. Luckily, the logistics person took the initiative to contact me, else the delivery would have failed.
4) It's not the first time that I've purchased from you and this issue did not exist previously.
5) Should have given 3 or 4 star for that but decided to give 5 based on previous experiences and the fast responses from Qi Xiang. Thank You!
6) I know why I always make the mistake of selecting self collection. Every time I select my Shipping Address, I assume that is for delivery. I suggest that you change your system that once the shipping address is selected, the self collection is automatically disabled.

The gift was good. Will be good if its able to provide custom card printing as well with consistent inner plastic wrapping of the product.
My go-to place for customised phone cases. Love their full wrap saffiano cases—feels premium and looks super sleek. Best part is they can get it done on the spot, so it’s really convenient.
Only thing is, it would be even better if there were more customisation options available. Overall still a great place, especially for last-minute ideas & gift!

I've purchased from them many times, as farewell gifts for colleagues. Great packaging too.
Previously purchased a customised bottle as a gift for a friend and it was great. So this time I tried to purchase this wireless charging pad as another customised gift. Unfortunately, the product didn't work smoothly or perfectly as it should. Upon receiving and testing of the product before actually gifting it, there were no instructions on how the product operates and it didn't charge my phone upon being plugged in.
No doubt the design and customization is decent but practically, I wouldn't reccommend this as a gift.
I bought several of the Tote bag for myself and as gifts as they were very well designed, well priced (buy 1 get 1) and personalised. Customer service at both Funan and Wisma outlets was very good. Thank you
